Buying cycle
What does a good customer usually look like for this offer?
Pick the closest fit. We're trying to understand the buying pattern, not get it perfect.
Frequent small purchases
They may buy often, usually lower value. Examples: cafés, takeaways, retail, regular classes.
Regular appointments or repeat services
They come back on a fairly natural schedule. Examples: salons, treatments, servicing, maintenance.
Occasional larger purchases
They may buy a few times a year, usually higher value. Examples: gifts, events, seasonal retail, specialist services.
Project or order-based
They may place several orders close together, then nothing for a while. Examples: print, events, B2B projects, trades, agencies.
Mostly one-off
The main sale does not naturally repeat often. Examples: weddings, tattoos, kitchens, furniture, venues.
Fixed cycle
Timing is mostly set by contract, regulation, maintenance schedule, or supplier need.
